(September 9, 2026) – Municipal Council voted in favour of a Development Agreement at its meeting on September 8, 2026, allowing the construction of a single 40-to-60-unit apartment building at 21 Church Street Extension (Lot 1A, PID 01248673), West River, Antigonish County.
Appeals may be made to the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board by an aggrieved person, an adjacent municipality, or the Provincial Director of Planning. Appeals must be submitted before midnight September 23, 2026.
