If something on the Reel is wrong, incomplete, or should be reconsidered, tell us.
Send a correction
Use the correction link on the affected page when one is available. It carries the page's context into the form. For anything else, open the correction form and say what is wrong and, if you can, where the right information comes from.
A person reads every correction request. The Reel does not promise a published turnaround time.
What can happen next
The response depends on the record and the problem. The Reel may correct or update the item, change its source or attribution, return it to draft, withdraw it, or explain why no change was made. Time-sensitive details should still be confirmed with the named original source.
A withdrawn Post, Reel Journal entry, event, or Spotlight leaves the public site and its address returns not found. The Reel does not keep a public tombstone for withdrawn content.
Privacy or removal requests
Use the privacy or removal form and leave a way to reach you. Every request is read and receives a reply. That promise is to look and answer, not to guarantee a particular outcome or deadline.
