Harbour Hills Path Expansion

Harbour Hills Path Extension Construction on the next phase of the Harbour Hills Path Extension project (Phase 4), led by the Province’s Department of Public Works, will begin in August 2026.

This phase includes:

Extending the Harbour Hills Path from James Street to Addington Forks

Installing a new two-way cycle track from James Street to Market Street, while maintaining the existing sidewalk

Constructing a new multi-use pathway from Market Street to the Addington Forks roundabout

Traffic control measures will be in place during portions of the project. Please proceed with caution when travelling through the construction zone and follow all posted signage.

Work is expected to be completed in November.
