Town of Antigonish

Music on Main & Canada Day Fireworks (New Date)

9pm–10pm Columbus Field, 121 Main Street

New Date for Fireworks!

The Canada Day fireworks had to be postponed on July 1 due to windy conditions, but we're excited to announce their new date—and to tie them to another great community event.

Join us on Wednesday, July 29 for the return of Music on Main at Columbus Field, an evening of free live music being organized by the Antigonish Tourism Association (Explore Antigonish) and the Antigonish Visitor Information Centre.

Music begins at 6 p.m. with the fireworks at dusk (approximately 9 p.m.).

Bring a lawn chair or blanket, gather your friends and family, and enjoy a night of great music capped off with a spectacular fireworks display.

Please note: The fireworks are subject to weather conditions and any provincial fire restrictions in effect at the time.
